How much commission do I earn?
Approved partners start at 10% as a Factory Partner. Permanent rank rates are 10%, 11%, 12%, 13% and 15%. Monthly qualifiers may add a temporary accelerator or separate reward.
How are my referrals tracked?
Eligible purchases can be attributed through your personal coupon code or referral URL. You can monitor activity inside your Partner Portal.
What products can I promote?
You can share Nom! Nom! Factory products available on the site, including local mini cupcake experiences and Nom Nom Jars available for nationwide shipping.
When and how will I get paid?
Eligible commission and rewards are reviewed after each calendar month closes. Final payout timing, method and any minimum threshold are provided in your acceptance materials and Partner Crew terms.
What happens with refunds or cancelled orders?
Cancelled, refunded and failed orders are not eligible for commission.
